I need to specifically check for duplicates between two columns:

For example:

col1 col2
12345 1102897
4794848974
8347474
493836
1102897

What formula can I use to check the data from col 2 against the data from
col 1?

=IF(COUNTIF($A:$A,B1)0,"Duplicate","")

and copy down
