Default formula for custom output

I have a small organisation data in one worksheet.in other sheet I would like
to see it according to their levels column wise.suppose in col a1 person 'A'
is placed.Person 'A' has 3 sobordinates,in col b1,b2,b3 their
names('B','C','D') be placed.If 'B' has 2 subordinates b1 and b2 cells be
occupied with ,'B' and c1,c2 be the subordinates of 'B' .

2 F
3 C
4 D
