Default Exporting addresses from excel to outlook

Hi Linda. In Outlook, click on File and then Import/Export and follow the
directions of the dialog box. You will be asked to specifiy the file type -
Excel - and then browse to the file. Select Contacts as the outlook folder
to import into. You will also be required to map the fields in your Excel
file with those in Outlook. Make sure you have a field heading for each
Column in Row 1.

You could also add a Category column in the Excel file if you want to group
your names and addresses by type. HTH
