Default EMAIL EXCEL FILES OPEN IN CORELDRAW NOT EXCEL?

i receive emails with advert info in excel. in the past i could select open
and it opened in excell. now it opens in coreldraw which i don't want. do not
know how to fix problem

I would try this.


close your email program
Close Excel and
Windows Start Button|Run
excel /unregserver
then
Windows Start Button|Run
excel /regserver

The /unregserver & /regserver stuff resets the windows registry to excel's
factory defaults.

By resetting this, maybe your email program will respect the file association.

If it doesn't work, you may want to post the email client that you're using.
