Default Email, forms, Excel, Infopath, Sharepoint

Hello:

I have a simple need, but am interested in learning something new. I need to
collect updates to a spreadsheet from multi "owners". I'm well familiar with
xls and access forms. I think I would like to email a form and have each
recipient update their information. What is the best approach? 'Willing and
eager to learn soemthing new.
