easy way to input all these numbers or do i have to do it one at a time?

Insert the first three (16000, 16001, 16002). Then highlight them and drag
the corner down to row 999.

There are a couple easy ways. I would recommend typing 16000 in the
first cell (I'll assume A1). Then in the cell below it type =A1+1.
Then you just copy this formula, select down to A1000 and paste and you
should be set.
