Default Calculation divisble by three

I am using Office 2003

In Excel I am taking a number and multipling that figure by a %, is it then
possible to get the answer to be rounded up to be divisible by 3?

For example:

1000*20% = 200, I would like the answer to be 201

Rounded

=ROUND(1000*20%/3,0)*3

or rounded up

=CEILING(1000*20%,3)
