Hi Angela,

Alt-F11 to go to the Visual Basic Editor
Insert | Module to insert a new standard module
Paste your code
Alt-F11 to return to Excel

You may wish to visit David McRitchie's 'Getting Started With Macros And
User Defined Functions' at:
