Default protecting form excel

I want to protect the size of my cells, but allow the user to enter data into
them.
How do I do this

Default protecting form excel

Select the cells that you want the users to change.
Format|cells|protection tab|uncheck Locked.

You can also lock the cells that you don't want them to change.

The protect the worksheet.
tools|Protection|protect sheet
