Default How do I set up a field in an Excel form to number it incremental.

I have an Excel form that needs to be numbered incrementally each time I use
it. How do I set up the form number field to number it one more than the
last time I used it. Example: the last form was numbered 102536. The next
time I open it, I need it to be numbered 102537.
