Default How do I set up a cell with a pull down list?

I am trying to set up a Startup form. I would like the form to have pull
downs, for the employee to just be able to click and pick the correct option.
Some could be True and False pull downs, other would have specific options
for the setting. How do you build a spreed sheet with these type of pull
downs?

The simplest way might be to use data|validation.

Debra Dalgleish has some instructions at:

Do you mean a worksheet designed to look like a form? I'm guessing that you do.
