Default FULL XL s/s protection

I know that XL protection of workbooks and worksheets are relatively easy to crack. But does anyone know how to fully protect a spreadsheet from being duplicated, changed (other then input cells), saved as something else, or otherwise messed around with?

Gratefully appreciate any advise to a probably commonly asked question.

Thanks in advance
