Using MS OS 2000, Excel 2000

I work in transportation. I want to create a schedule in Excel that shows
when all the buses pull out from the garage. I have done this.

I have one bus in each row with other related data in the row. I also have
the time the bus pulls out.

What I need to do is have the Excel spreadsheet minimized and as the time
for each bus pullout arrives I want Excel to pop-up and make a sound so the
dispatches are aware of the pullout.

We can have as few as 10 buses to over 150 depending on the location of the
garage.
