Default Tab Key problem

When using my tab key to move the cursor, it moves more than one cell over.
How can I fix this problem?

Check your Transition Navigation settings. Go to the Tools menu,
choose Options, then the Transition tab. Uncheck "Transition
navigation keys". These settings are for users migrating from
Lotus 123.
