Default creating links inside a workbook.

I would like to put a working table of contents into my workbook. In other
words, I would like to list all of the sheet names on a master page and allow
the user to jump to that page simply by clicking the page's name. Any
suggestions?

Please and Thank You!!!!

Use the Hyperlink feature.
Just do a Insert HyperLink. Choose place in this document. Then select
the tab you want to link to.
