Default Can I use a cell value as part of a link's path name?

Hi - Im trying to creat a template that has links to another excel file. Im
not sure if there's an easier way but im thinking of having a cell that
contains the parent directory name in it and using that as part of the
pathname in the link formula. - Is this possible? Any help will be greatly
appreciated.
