Default Can I get an excel doc to automatically start upon computer boot u

I have a excel based calendar that I would like have displayed automatically
every time the computer is turned on but but not as the desktop background.
Once viewed, the file will be closed. Can the file be pinned to the start up
menu someway to do this?
