Default How do I set up a text cell in Excel with restricted length?

Want to limit input to cell to 16 characters.

Choose Data/Validation; Allow: Text length; Data: less than or equal to;
Maximum: 16.

Note that this will not stop the user from entering more than 16
characters, but 17 or more will bring up an error dialog.

DataValidationAllowText Length

Minimum 0.....Maximum 16

Add your own Message if desired.
