External Data Refresh is extermely slow after upgrading to 2003
I found that after I upgraded to Excel 2003, my MS queries that pull data
from other Excel files is extermely slow. From seconds to manay minutes. Over 5 minutes to pull in 1000 rows of data containing 8 columns of numbers. Other users who have Excel 2003 do not have a problem with the refreshing of the data. I have tested this with the files on my local and over the network. Same issue I have tried re-installing, defragmenting, etc. No luck. Any ideas? -- SP |
