Default Cell D3 = Cell A1 for the Value as well as formats

If in Cell D3 we fill with "=A1" then Value of D3 always equal to that of A1.
If A1 contains Bold or Italic Texts , how can D3 contains the same?
Thanks, SUNAN.

Default

After filling D3 with "=A1", click on A1:
Edit Copy
click on D3 and then:
Edit Paste Special and check format.
