I received a file with an extension snp, is there any way I can convert or
import to MS Excel format? Thanks. |

Not to my knowledge, which is that SNP files can only be viewed with Access
Snapshot Viewer. Ask the person that sent it to you to export it to Excel instead of SNP. ************ Anne Troy www.OfficeArticles.com "TSS" wrote in message ... I received a file with an extension snp, is there any way I can convert or import to MS Excel format? Thanks. |

FWIW, Depending on how the report is formated in Access, exporting to Excel
may result in 100% garbage (the more indents & groupings, the worse the results get). That may be why a snp format was used. I've seen some cases like this where exporting to Word & then copy/paste into Excel sometimes provides better results than exporting to Excel directly, but not always. Exporting *editable data* from Access *reports* can be very, very problematic. HTH, -- George Nicholson Remove 'Junk' from return address. "Anne Troy" wrote in message ...
