Default Excel 2002 vs. Excel 2003

Is there much difference? I would like to brush up my skills so my system
runs the Excel 2002 but I've been given the Excel 2003 book. So I would like
to know if I can use the 2003 book on a 2002 program?

For the most part, you won't see much difference.

For the really minor amount of things that changed, you'll try it and see it's
not available.

Data|list and window|compare side by side come to mind.

But there isn't too much significant difference.
