Default Formula - Percents

This is probably a simple answer.

How do you multiple a number by 10%, 15%, 20%, etc. in Excel?

Thanks

Hi,

Lets say the number to be multiplied is in A1, use

=A1*10% or =A1*0.10

Govind.
