Default copying a row of data using a formula

currently i have a worke book with lots of data init that im trying to make a litle easier to manage.
The logic im trying to use goes along the lines of
If workbook 1 f2,F809 = W1 then copy that row into workbook 2.
Is this possible at all? I did have a rudamental equation but i cant figure out the copy part of it. I also need this to be copied down the in the secound workbook.

Any help would be apreciated
