Default what does 6.9544E+23 stand for

I am trying to figure out hat the e stands for as I want the number to look more like this 2562.50 this is just an example the formula uses was =e4*1(d4)^b4 again this formula was an example the numbers would be were the numbers are in the cell

E means a scientific writing format.

1.234E-1 = 0.1234
1.234E+1 = 12.34
1.234E+3 = 1234
