Default 3 variable 2 dimensional line graph

OK...seems simple until I try to do it...Need help with the following; data on excel...3 variables; Monthly Revenue (0-300k$), Month (Jan-Dec) and Year (2004-2012). Would like the X axis to be Month, Y-axis to be Monthly Revenue and years to be the lines (different colors, styles?) connecting the data points by year. Make sense? It does in my head, but right now with this staring back at me, that's a bit of a scary place to be. Any help will be appreciated.
