Default Conditional Formatting

Good Day – I am looking for a Conditional Format that will change any cell that is inputted into my worksheet under the formula =COUNTIF(2:2,"DT *"), which may bring something back for example = DT 06/09 which can change the cell to green (COMPLETED). I would like it displayed as DT 06/09 (but with the cell filled in green) I hope you get a full understanding of what I am looking for, once initials and date are entered i would like the conditional format to run and shade the cell green! I hope you can help with this frustrating issue. My work sheet runs from L3 to CR77. Thanks for all your help
