Default File not opening and crashing with macros

Hello.

1st post in here .. i look and look and could not fined the answer.. hope you can helpme ..

everything was working perfectly fine .. i have a big workbook with all of the call center stats with alot of macros.. excel 2010 pro. on wind 7 32bit

after installing Visio , now i cant open any excel files with macros.. i get a message MS excel has stopped working .. and the close program button.

any other file with no macros opens just fine.

i removed visio. restarted .. = nothig.
repaired office= nothing.
removed and reinstall office = nothing..

i still can not open any file with macros..

work network computer.. try from a different computer no problem .. it opened right away.
co-worker try to open it from his laptop , and no problem opening it.

i made sure that macros were enable in the trust center.

any suggestions please ...
