Conditional format not refreshing Excel 2007

Hi all,
I have a problem with conditional format. In Excel 2010 I’ve made a table where format depends on value from drop down list. In Excel 2010 everything works perfectly.
But in Excel 2007 conditional format doesn’t refresh. I enclose an excel file for detail.
Please help.
