Put your formula in the first cell, B4 in this instance, and copy it (Ctrl+C) then press F5 and in the box that appears type the cell you want to go to, B2024 in this instance and press enter or click OK. Then press Ctrl+Shift+Up then paste (Ctrl+V).

Sounds like a long way round but once you've done it a few times it's second nature and very quick. Far quicker than playing "Excel YoYo" where you keep dragging up and down up and down until giving up and starting again :)
