Is there any short cut to copy just above cell to its bellow cell?

The shortest way I know is to hold down Ctrl key, point to the lower edge of
the cell with mouse cursor until a plus (+) sign appears, and drag down the cell into the cell below. Another way can be to write a macro and assign a hot key to it.
