Default From Excel 97 to EXcel 2010 - TextBox on a Graph

We are switching from Excel 97 to Excel 2010 and overall
doing well until I came to some TextBoxes on Graphs.
They don't convert to Excel 2010.

The TextBoxes have links to cells of outside workbooks and
those links don't seem to work anymore. And it is not just
the links. The textboxes do not show up on the graph
in what is now an "xlsx" file. The only thing visible is an
exaggerated = sign

Is this a known issue with a solution somewhere or do I need to
redo all the textboxes?

Thanks.

Andy
