Default How can I copy a table from a cell value?

So. Im having some problems...

I need to import data from a book to a book, but the data that I want to
import its in a different order and that data have to be accord with a
variable.

Ex.. I have a table (from A1:C4) in a book... the data that its located on
A1:A4 its the row that Im gonna begin to compare on B3.

When Im introduced a value on B3 that its located on betwen A1:A4 all tha
rows at rigth of that I wanna that be copied at rigth of B3. But what
happen... that, maybe that data its not in order... and I want that the excel
compare row by row and take only the data that be the same of B3.

Any help will be usefull.

Thank you.
