Run a disk utility on your floppy - the OS is telling you that it's not
readable. FWIW, you should NEVER open an Office file directly from a floppy - Office uses a lot of temporary files, and it's easy to get a disk full error. Instead, copy the file from your floppy to your hard drive and then open it.
