Default automatic division

if I type 1 it becomes 0.0001 , if I type 1.0 is becomes 1

Does anybofy know how to fix this?

And *UNCHECK*
"Fixed Decimal Places".

Tools-Options-Edit Tab-Uncheck "Fixed Decimal"
