Default Read Only - How to Cancel?

I have emailed a spreadsheet. The person receiving it cannot save it because
it says "read only". Properties does not have read only clicked. How do I
turn it off?

Default

Go to File, Save As and drop down the options menu in the upper right corner
of the dialouge box. Go to General Options and make sure the read-only box
isn't checked. Also, make protection on the sheet and/or workbook is off.
