Default Another Time Conversion question

The new report we get our time information is in the following format:
10:45:32 (hh:mm:ss). I am at a lost in how to write a formula that will
convert that figure to seconds.

Any help will be very much appreciated.

It is a fraction of 1 day, so multiply by 24 to get hours, by another 60 for
minutes, and another 60 for seconds

=A1*24*60*60
