I am working on a similar problem however need to understand how to use
solver if I also use part time employees. For me, the contraints a
25% of employees can be part time, the rest must be full time
I can replace one full time person with two part time
A part timer can only work 5 days in a row (just like the example)

I understand this with full time employees (equal to a whole number) but
just can't seem to get my head around 0.5
