Default Convert Formulas to Values and Preserve Formatting

In a large multi tabbed workbook, we want to convert all formulas to values
before circulating outside our company.

We know about Copy-Paste Special-Values, but this seems to change formatting
(shadow, colors, etc.) no matter which boxes we check in Paste Special.

Is there any way quickly to convert all formulas to values while not
touching the formatting.

Also, how do you quickly select all cells in a multi tabbed workbook to make
this the range for your copying?

Tx for all help.

Is there any "conditional formatting" through the formulas in these cells?

Perhaps you could try to copy and paste special first for Format and then
again for Values?
I didn't try but I could imagine that conditional formatting like that will
get lost.

First select all tabs (click on tab of sheet1 and Shift-click on the tab of
the last sheet) and then click on the button Select all (top left corner of
the column/row titles).

I think this will work. Make sure you save your file before trying to
do this:

Group all sheets
click on the upper left corner so the whole sheet gets highlighted
(fast way)
Copy
1.Paste Special and select Format click ok
2.Pase Special and select values click ok
(Do them in this order)

I worry about the file size seems I am selecting the whole sheet to
copy and paste. But if it is within the same workbook it shold not be
problem.

Hope this will help you.

Cafe
