Comment flashes (blinks)
This is a problem I have encountered 3 times now. It has happened for users
on both Excel 2002 (2) and Excel 2003 (1). The cell with a comment attached is displayed in the worksheet but when you hover over the commented cell it flashes the comment for a split second so that it can not be read instead of displaying the comment box like it is supposed to. Has anyone else seen this behavior? |
