Default Customize Subject Line

I have created a "submit" button on an Excel form in order to 'send-to'
a particular mailbox (through Outlook). I need to include a customized
subject line (pulling a person's name into the subject line). This
particular form is a MAC form and would always include a person's name,
not necessarily the person submitting the MAC form. Is there a way to
do this?

Thanks!
