I have produced a form that will be used by other users and I would like to
think that when the user puts the cursor over a cell it pops up a text box that explains what data is to be entered or explains the outcome |

Maybe Insert|Comment when the user mouses over the cell
or use the data|validation prompt when the user selects the cell. Or just use a nice column of adjacent cells that always shows the description.
