Default Outline color of cell that has focus

Is there a way to change the outline color of the cell that has focus in Excel?

That's tough to do, Robert, because Excel puts a border around it anyway, so
you can hardly see the border of a cell that has focus. Try some oranges. I
think that makes a very weird look when the cell has focus.

You'd be better off changing the fill color of the cell that has focus.
