Just to add to CyberTaz's response.
There's an option on that Data|Subtotal dialog that allows you to "replace current subtotals". You'll want to uncheck that. (Just run data|subtotals for each subtotal you want.) pkunAAC wrote: Is there a way to subtotal on more than one criteria.
