Default Sorting 2 columns

I have data in C5:H43 and J5:O47 and Row 4 being the header row for both
league tables as Column H and O are the result fields I need to be able to
sort them together so C5:H5 has 1st Place and J47:O47 last place. I hope this
makes sense.

Several questions:

What data do you have in your columns?
Is C5:H43 independent of J5:O47?
Do you want to sort C5:H43 from high to low?
Do you want to sort J5:O47 from low to high?

The data could all go into 1 table but as it is displayed on screen it has
been split, but they still need to be sorted as if they were in one, this a
copy of some of the the data, it is the YTD Avg Column we need to sort high
to Low.

Pos Sales Exec Retailer Returns YTD YTD Avg
1st Lee Greenwood RR 2 200.00 100.00
2nd Sam Baczek SR 2 197.14 98.57

C43 will be 32nd Pos it will continue again starting from J6 which will be
33rd Pos

If you do not want to keep the two leagues separated,
If the results are in numeric form and not equation
copy J5:O47 and paste at C44
Sort by column D
Cut C44:H87 and paste on J5
if either of the original statements are wrong it gets more complicated,
if the results are in the form of Equations
Copy the columns and paste special values somewhere else. do the
suggestions based on the new data. Note you will have to redo this everytime.

There are multiple other ways to do this depending on whether this is a
static or dynamic file.

This sheet is populated from other sheets in the work book so they do change,
the reason for 2 seperate areas is so they fit on to the screen rather than
having 2 page or scroll down, I gave an example of the feilds in another
reply. So any further assistance would be appreciated, as i have thought
about hiding the lower results and using a simple =C44 in the J5 cell and so
on

Any other ideas.

Regards Al
