Default Headers and Footers Accros Workbooks

I have created a header & footer on the first sheet of my Excel document.
When I created sheet two which has two pages, the H&F hasn't transferred. If
I add a new H&F it starts the page numbers from 1 again.

When I print the entire workbook, I want the pages numbered consecutively so
is there any way of applying a H&F across an entire workbook?

Try selecting all sheets then apply your headers and footers.
