Good morning tccc1219

Try this trick.

Select the sheet you want to use as the source. Then, with ctrl held
down, select all the sheets you want to copy the settings to. Then
goto File Page Setup and when the dialog box appears clickOK. All
the print settings will then be copied across.

Note:

Some print settings are not available when sheets are grouped.

1. Print range

2. Rows to repeat at top, columns to repeat at left.

worked, of course!!!! and helped me out tremendously (beats setting page
settings for "every" worksheet in multi-page workbooks!) Thanks again for
taking the time to help those of us still figuring Excel things out! Have a

Hello Gord D !
I basically worded my question wrong because I was actually looking to
format the "page settings" across mutliple worksheets in a workbook. But the
information you provided is great because I was not aware of that! So thanks
so much for taking the time to help me out! Have a GREAT day!

I just tried that and I got the first 12 of 31 changed to the new settings.
From worksheet 13-31 the old settings still appear.
