On the worksheet that you want to copy, click on the little square above the number 1 (Row number) and to the left of the letter A (Column letter). Then click on the Format Painter Icon (The paintbrush). You'll get the "Marching Ants" all round the worksheet. Now click on the new worksheet tab and then click in the little square above the 1, to the left of the A. The new sheet will have the same format as the old one. Henry "tccc1219" wrote in message ...
