How do you make file only open after you enter a password?

dcknie, file save as, tools, general options enter password to open, this is
for excel 2003 its a little different in other versions but that should get you there -- Paul B Always backup your data before trying something new Please post any response to the newsgroups so others can benefit from it Feedback on answers is always appreciated!
