Default background color

I know how to enter a picture to use as a background for an Excel
spreadsheet that only shows up on the screen and does not print. How
do you do the same for a solid color? I want to have the entire
spreadsheet show up as pale yellow (to remind me to put in yellow paper
in my printer) but I do not want the yellow to print.
